How to Select the Right Bean Machine

When selecting the right machine, it really comes down to 2 things...

1) Style i.e. traditional drip, automatic or semi-automatic machine

2) Features i.e. programmable, volumetric control, smartphone access, etc...

2) Budget

There is certainly a way to "get it all" when it comes to selecting the right machine but keeping it simple is always the SIMPLEST solution.  If you're a regular no frills coffee drinker go for a 10 cup brewer, programmable with single cup brewing options.  If you're on the "I desire the finer things in life" side of the table go for a CLASSIC semi-automatic with a bottomless filter and flow control.

Personally we prefer having a drip and semi-automatic to be able to pivot between the regular morning drip coffee Monday - Friday to entertaining a few friends on the weekend over a few double espresso's .... yes A FEW double espresso's!
